I will always and forever take my car to this gem of a business. They have made a lifetime customer with their kindness, dedication to excellence, and wisdom. When a dealership service center took my money without solution- I thought my only option was to buy a new car. Then a family friend suggested Byrd- and another. I am so thankful I listened. From Anna in the office, to Gene who found the issue (not what was cited from two previous shops)- the customer care I received here will keep me coming back for years to come. I am thankful to this dedicated team of people who see people. Not dollar signs. Not cars. People! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Back in the saddle again!
