Best prices, best customer service, best dog I’ve found in the region. I got my 6,000-mile service for $100 less than the dealership quoted me. The whole service was done in under an hour. The customer service was personable and professional, they had a cute dog in the waiting area, and they were transparent about what they were doing to my car. If you live in the greater Lexington area this is the best car service you’ll get!

We were visiting from out of state, and our Honda van decided to turn on every warning light and drive rough, out of no where, on the day we were supposed to head home to FL. Byrd Automotive is where my in laws take their vehicles, so we popped in, and they were so great! Checked the warning lights, ordered the parts we needed, and they were able to fix it and get us back on the road. All the staff were so friendly, and Jasper the dog was a great companion to hang out with, while waiting for our van to be finished! We highly recommend Byrd Automotive and it's great to know we have a place to send our KY friends and family!
